1.1 Information obtained via Google Sign-In

When you sign in using Google Sign-In, and only if you grant permission, we may receive the following data from Google:

• Google account unique identifier (sub)
• Display name (optional)
• Profile photo URL (optional)
• Email address (optional and only if provided by Google)

We do not access or store your Google password.

1.2 Information you provide directly

You may provide profile information and pet-related data, for example:

• Pet name, species/breed, sex, age or birthdate
• Pet photos
• Feeding schedules, reminders and logs
• Other notes or data you choose to enter

1.3 Technical and diagnostics data

To operate and improve the App we may collect device and technical information such as:

• Device model and operating system version
• Device identifiers (where permitted)
• App usage logs and crash reports
• IP address and network status

1.4 Third-party SDKs

If the App integrates third‑party SDKs (for analytics, push notifications, crash reporting, etc.), those SDKs may collect device and usage information. We require that any SDK we use complies with Google Play policies and applicable privacy laws. If you want a full list of integrated SDKs, contact us and we will provide it.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data for purposes necessary to provide and improve the App:

• Authenticate and manage your account via Google Sign-In
• Provide pet feeding reminders, logs, and related features
• Sync data across your devices

• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse or other security issues
• Comply with legal obligations

3. Sharing, Transfers and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose or share data only in limited circumstances:

4.1 Storage locations

Your data may be stored on servers located in the country or region of our cloud providers. We take steps to ensure storage and processing comply with applicable laws.

4.2 Retention

• Google sign-in identifier and account info: retained until you delete your account
• Pet profiles and feeding logs: retained until you delete them
• Diagnostic logs: retained only as long as necessary for debugging and analytics

4.3 Security measures

We implement administrative, technical and physical safeguards, such as encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no system is completely immune to risk.

5. User Data Management

We provide the following options to manage the data you store in the App:

• Delete in-app data: You may delete pet profiles, photos, and feeding records directly within the App.
• Delete account and data: To request deletion of your account and all associated data, contact us at the address below. We will process deletion requests within 15 business days and confirm when completed.
• Revoke device permissions: You can disable app permissions (notifications, camera, storage) via your device settings. Disabling permissions may limit app features.

6. Children

This App is not intended for children under 13 years old. If you believe we have collected personal information from a child under 13 in error, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

7. Permissions

The App may request the following permissions depending on the features you use:

• Notification permission — to deliver feeding reminders
• Camera/Photos permission — to allow uploading or taking pet photos
• Storage permission — to save images locally (if applicable)

8. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the App. The updated policy will include a new "Last updated" date.
